β-Alanine is an amino acid which is a precursor of carnosine, increasing its concentration in muscle cells.Carnosine increases muscle buffer capacity and raises the threshold of anaerobic (lactate threshold), delaying the occurrence of fatigue and muscle damage, can substantially increase the efficiency of muscle and volume of work. When we train our body through the H + ions shows a decrease in muscle pH, which become more acidic. Taking beta-alanine we can reduce the soreness that may occur after the training session. 
Beta-alanine dipeptides form responsible for the "enrichment of" fast-twitch muscle fibers, making it possible to even greater extension of training time and increase its intensity, as well as speeding up the regeneration process and to reduce the overall post-workout muscle soreness accompanying the grueling training. Beta-Alanine also ensures proper operation of ATPase, an enzyme involved in the process of releasing energy, which directly translates into a greater ability of our body to make the effort.
The effect of β-alanine is to increase muscle strength and endurance, both for aerobic exercise, as well as anaerobic. In addition, β-alanine is beneficial for increasing muscle mass, and used together with creatine exhibit synergism in obtaining the maximum strength and lean body mass.
β-alanine can cause a tingling sensation similar to that which is caused when taking niacin. It should not be cause for concern, the state will wane and can be minimized by taking the product with food and the use of small portions throughout the day.

Recommended Use:
Mix one scoop 5g with 100 ml-150 ml of water or juice.
On training days: Take 1 serving 30 - 45 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving after workout.
On non-training days: Consume 1 serving prior to your first meal of the day and another serving 6-8 hours later.
