Limitation of Liability
You agree that Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
Errors on the Site
We strive to keep the Site completely out of errors however we take no responsibility of any errors ocurred including mistakes in description of items beeing sold on the Site, errors in pricing and and our rewards program. We reserve the right to cancel any order where mistake occured. If a customer has already paid for the order, he will get a refund. We reserve the right to cancell any discounts for customers if they were calculated in inappriopriate way, or caused by the error in our Site.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

The rules are very simple, for every € 10 spent you will earn 1 loyalty point that can be exchanged for 50 cents discount .
10 € = 1 point = 50 cents
We do not give you thousands of worthless points , which you wouldn't use anyway . When you buy from us you will be happy every time you order , each time saving a few euros from our previous orders.
Recommend us to your friends -
The quick and easy way you can send them an invitation by email using the " Referral program " after logging in to your account. You'll also find unique link that allows your friends to register with us. At the moment they do it and make order in the shop , you will receive a voucher in the amount of € 2 for each of them.
In addition, by "Liking our fanpage on Facebook , you can keep up to date with all the promotions and special offers in our store , and you can count on an additional discount codes which will be published there periodically.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchases. You can request a refund for the product(s) which will be given under following conditions:
- The product(s) has to be delivered back to our shop sealed, in perfect condition within 14 days counting from the day custmer received goods. Delivery cost is covered by customer.
- You have to inform us sending an email to info@suple.ie about the fact you want to have a refund BEFORE you send the goods back to our shop.
