Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, add 200 ml water to a single portion of the product – 70 g (2,5 scoops) and stir 1–2 minutes in a shaker until the product has dissolved completely.Then fill up with water to a total volume of 700 ml.
Depending on your needs, take 1–3 servings daily, can be consumed before exercise, during, and directly after workout.
In the period preceding the workout drink, best taken at a rate of 200 ml, 20 minutes before working muscle.
During the effort (if the effort takes less than 60 minutes) should be given in the amount of 100-150 ml every 10-50 minutes.
During the effort (if the effort lasts longer than 60 minutes) should be given in the amount of 150-200 ml every 20-30 minutes.
