Recommended Use:
For adults, mix three (3) level scoops (approximately 113 g) of MEX SIZE MAX in 12-14 oz (about 350 ml) of your favorite beverage (water, milk, juice, etc.). Blend in a blender, shake in a shaker or stir with a spoon in a glass until smooth (usually 20-30 s). For best results use another serving (113 g) approximately 8 hours after the first one. Combine MEX SIZE MAX with moderate to high intensity weight training.
